As the co-founder of a non-profit organization, our mission is to reach children who normally would not attend church through five areas: character development & training, economic empowerment, education, creative expression, & recreation.

As the founder and pastor, I oversaw volunteer staff in meeting needs in the community through such outreach programs as: school partnerships with Germantown High, Fulton, and John B. Kelly Elementary, sports, street evangelism, counseling, and mentoring. I perform all pastoral functions for the church.

As an associate pastor of a large church, I planned and coordinated the budget and volunteers for all ministries related to children, youth, & evangelism. I helped to revitalize the sports program and to introduce new ministries to the church resulting in a greater influx of children, youth, & their families. I assisted with pastoral functions including weddings, baptism, funerals, etc. I recruited and trained volunteers and with their assistance, acted as a liaison between the church, community organizations, and public schools.

As the vice principal of a private, academic school, I supervised and trained teachers and students, counseled students and their families, and developed innovative ways to promote academic and social excellence. I initiated a "Rites of Passage" mentoring program, which involved young men, their families, and community volunteers.

As youth pastor responsible for coordinating programs for teens, I conducted weekly Bible Study, organized trips and special events, and involved teens in self-improvement through various means.

As a counselor working with troubled teens, I supervised and counseled youth.
