He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Central Florida, and prior to graduation, was recruited by the Centex Corporation, where he was instrumental in the development of various master planned communities in the Orlando area. In that role, Chuck gained knowledge and proficiency about how to drive development results through the execution of an efficient construction cycle.Having moved to Peoria, IL in 2005, Chuck joined the team at a boutique Real Estate Development and Venture Capital firm. Notable within their portfolio, a large 7 parcel assemblage, mixed use re-development, and the conversion of a 56 mile freight rail line to a hiking/biking trail. With full responsibility over the company's real estate assets, the firm prospered significantly through a challenging economic landscape. Under Chuck's leadership, the portfolio grew to include senior housing, student housing, and other multi-family assets.In 2016, the opportunity presented itself to return to Orlando. Since that time, he has been involved, as a principal, in the development of over 1,100 apartment units, as well as commercial property, with a market value of approximately $300,000,000.Since 2009, Chuck has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. His professional affiliations in the community include the UCF Real Estate Council, Central Florida District CCIM and CREW Orlando. Philanthropic endeavors include service with various agencies that focus on helping kids thrive to achieve their greatest potential.
