CurrentGreatheart Consulting develops inclusive leaders in any role to prevent exclusion and generate opportunity. We do this by supporting events to explore inclusive leadership, by training people in seven inclusion competencies, building relationships of trust and accountability across difference, and helping to remove bias and establish inclusive in systems and cultures. We specialize in equipping white men as inclusive leaders.Over the past thirty years, the firm has done this work with more than 100 organizations. Our services and products focus in four areas: Executive Development, Core Inclusion Skills, Racially Savvy Leadership, and Inclusive Leadership Strategy.Chuck is the author of Leadership 101 For White Men; principal of the Study on White Men Leading Through Diversity and Inclusion; co-founder of The Forum on Engaging Men, Advancing Women with Betsy Myers (Center for Women and Business, Bentley University); and a featured speaker and writer at many leadership and D&I events and publications.
