Defined, created, modified, and improved the estimation process to deliver consistent, accurate, and timely cost projections for client initiatives in the Pension Management business area. Utilized MS project management tool and Fidelity document management applications.

Primary functions include report generation related to product suite and analysis of data to drive continued success in various drug related compliance campaigns. Additional responsibilities include clinical trials recruiting/patient participation and data management. Role evolved to identify and implement process improvements through team agreement, tool introduction, process monitoring and achieve collaboration across departments. This assignment had minimal buy-in the position was eliminated.

Provide management/project management of application enhancement, development, quality and support for enterprise/global financial applications within Lowe's. The application suite included PeopleSoft (U.S. & Canada) and Oracle financials (Mexico).

Provide application enhancement, development and support for the PeopleSoft Human Capital and Remedy IT Service Management product suites. Identify and implement process improvement areas i.e. automation of change management, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance monitoring and critical application operational metrics. Team utilized a number of technologies including java, c#, .net, Oracle and SQL Server. Successful initiatives included a product upgrade for the PeopleSoft HR application, technical evaluation of an ITIL application and participation in the creation of our business technology plan.

Implementation, maintenance and improvement of processes and procedures necessary to ensure development/delivery of quality, standards-based software applications in support of core business functions. Full SDLC expertise. Secondary area of focus is project management including scope creation, requirements identification and solution delivery. Technical environment was Microsoft based (asp, asp.net and SQL) with MS Project Server supporting Project Management. Other applications included JDE One World, Computer Associates Service Management (service desk, asset management) and Ultimus Business Management application.

Served as the primary interface between the Hursley software development laboratory (UK) and the North American product development organizations. Facilitated the identification of product (MQSeries Integrator) enhancements/deficiencies. Evaluated, prioritized and presented requests to the product development staff for disposition. Generate and manage a project plan supporting delivery of the approved requested enhancements.

Managed the development of a commercial shipment tracking, supply chain management solution utilizing the X.12 and EDIFACT standards. Staff included IBM and contract employees in local and remote locations. Role included management of supporting projects, process implementation, product support as well as full budgetary responsibility. Focus of the group was solution integration with specific attention to the logistics discipline.
