Chuck’s strategic leadership and ingenuity has helped CatManDo become an industry leader. His 28 years of experience includes excellent initial training from Allstate, exposure to claims in almost all 50 states with GEICO and data analysis and auditing at USAA. Each stop along the way, he excelled in the settlement and management of catastrophe claims including hurricanes Hugo, Andrew and the 2004 -2005 Florida storms, the Northridge earthquake, several tornados and countless hailstorms. However, he will tell you the Oakland Firestorm is where he learned the intricacies of not only settling the most complex claims ever but also defending them. This frontline experience has helped him recognize that to have an impact on the beginning of claims, you must study the outcome of claims.
