Supported by approximately 15,000 employees and generated gross revenue of $1.6 billion in 2012.Managed multi-campus region generating $22 million in annual revenue. Assumed 2 different positions during tenure including: (1) Regional Vice President of Admissions – Traveled to 4-6 campuses across 3 different regions to manage admissions/sales activities of campuses generating $6-12 Million annually. Worked directly with Campus President and Director of Admissions to achieve revenue and operating income targets and (2) Divisional Director of Admissions – Led entire central division covering 24 schools in 4 Regions; boosted productivity of underperforming schools by troubleshooting issues and metrics.

Exclusively markets consulting services to numerous industries including output services, energy portfolio management and telecommunications.Consulting company originally founded to market strategic planning and contract negotiation services to domestic wireless carriers. Ultimately led to founding of The Outdoor Site Group which developed and implemented revolutionary business model to represent companies with existing billboard verticality. Created organizational structure, financial reporting, all internal processes, and reporting; developed and negotiated all contracts with billboard clients and telecom carriers throughout North America, including TelCel, Telephonica, T-Mobile USA, Sprint Nextel, and Cingular Wireless.

Startup wireless carrier launched in Cleveland. Employed 290 operating out of 10 stores, 12 kiosks, customer care center, regional office, and corporate office. Yielded $40 million.Accepted challenge to expand sales activities, manage customer base, and oversee all functional departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Network Operations and Engineering, HR, Legal, Customer Care, and Facilities. Administered $75 million capital budget and $35 million operating budget with full P&L responsibility for Midwest markets including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Columbus. Supervised 290 with direct reports from Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Network Engineering.

Oversaw 8 direct reports, including directors of marketing, retail distribution, business, sales operations, finance, and indirect distribution.
