In my role, I collaborated closely with the Product Organization Leader to implement special projects and initiatives that aimed to drive success across the entire organization. This involved providing executive-level visibility into the ongoing initiatives and strategy of the product team. From idea management to prioritization, planning, and delivery of customer value, I ensured that the product team's efforts were well-coordinated and aligned with the organization's goals.One of my key responsibilities was establishing a strong voice of the customer by engaging with existing and prospective accounts. By actively interacting with customers, I gained valuable insights that helped shape our product development and strategy.Additionally, I played a vital role in developing effective recruiting, onboarding, and training processes for new Product employees. Provided product strategy and leadership for three newly acquired competing software solutions. Managed the acquisition and integrated teams into a single cohesive product management team. Collaborated with leadership teams of competing companies to find common ground and a path forward for long-term user migration to a single software platform.Key Accomplishments for this role include having delivered enhancements to existing products and cultivated new product opportunities to drive double-digit growth, resulting in a record $50M/Annual Revenue across takeoff and estimating products. Developed and executed the vision to herd customers to a single platform through new brand awareness and engagement. Championed a Lean UX product delivery process with cross-functional teams to allow customer feedback, analytics, research during ideation, and delivery of optimal value to the customer.Salvaged customer relationships damaged by M&A, by implementing direct engagement, product feedback campaigns, in-app messaging, and surveys. Ramped up and managed thirty-member Product, Backoffice, and IT Teams. Responsible for Product, Software Development, Backoffice Software Development, and IT Systems. Implemented strategies for better business processes such as software engineering principles, scrum development, product requirements, and software development lifecycle.Collaborated with Business Leadership, SMEs, and Customers to define and execute product requirements to meet and exceed customer expectations. Accountable for product and technology needs for two business acquisitions and the coordination of M&A.Key Accomplishments for this role include having salvaged core products from the risk of an intricate home-grown software build process, on-premise servers, and un-disciplined development practices. Directed and implemented Software Engineering principles and migrated development teams from legacy development processes to implementation of Offsite Redundancies, Version Control, Feature Branching Strategies, DevOps, and CI/CD.Implemented Agile and Scrum in the Product Development Lifecycle. Decreased technical debt and risks to DevOps, by implementing redundant systems, documentation, code deployment processes, branching strategies, code reviews, smoke testing, and automation testing.

Directed the Backoffice Web Development Team, including Product Management and Full Stack Web Development. Researched new frameworks and engineering principles for introduction to the organization. Responsible for improving and optimizing existing features for customer management, licensing, sales, billing, reporting, and accounting.Key Accomplishments for this role include having introduced good software engineering principles for development, including software development on local machines, version control, and code reviews, eliminating outages at time of release, and allowing developers to work on similar contexts without collisions. Implemented Atlassian Suite for Back-office Development to improve transparency, define roadmaps, allow for code reviews, internal and external documentation.Produced implementation strategy to refactor monolith CRM application, migrating to new API and Micro Service Architecture. Developed External API to allow marketing and external partners to access customer information, process orders, and provide software licenses.

Designed new components for an existing back-office web application that supported CRM, Order Processing, Customer Portal. Collaborated with Subject Matter Experts to determine product requirements.Key Accomplishments for this role include having designed, developed, deployed accounts receivable components including new invoicing process, dynamic reporting, and engineered new business processes. Improved internal CRM system to improve existing features for customer management, licensing, sales, billing, reporting, and accounting. Gathered requirements and implemented functional solutions for various departments.

Responsible for Freelance Web Application Development.Key Accomplishments for this role include having designed and developed a Web Application for a Probation company, increasing operational bandwidth from 100 cases to effectively managing 1000 Probation Cases.

Successfully managed two divergent business segments, residential construction and information systems for this upscale contractor. Formed a true alliance with Builder MT, a software company for the building and trades industries. Served as systems and functionalities designer for a bid management system using Sage Estimating Software that was implemented at Sun River. Utilizing the new product, Sun River realized a saving in excess of $1.0 million with more competitive bid packages. Conducted independent development of a sub-contractor scheduling and pre-planning package allowing the company to complete both spec and custom homes within 80 work days shaving schedules less by 25 to 50% over previous methods while still maintaining quality construction. Managed the completion of hundreds of residential single-family homes along with construction of commercial properties (3,000 to 16,000 ft2) including offices, medical, and retail structures with all work meeting or exceeding project objectives.

Managed a profitable residential building company producing 10 to 15 single-family homes per year with extremely satisfied customers. Directed all day-to-day issues with hands-on oversight of subcontractors ensuring high levels of productivity, quality and job site safety. Prepared and qualified for construction loans on pre-sold, spec homes, and investment properties. Developed excellent relationships with building inspectors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities as a company owner who was ethical, honest and skillful in negotiations. Designed and developed an online scheduling and bidding system which proved to be extremely viable in enhancing communications and improving the quality of subcontractor bids.
