I am the firm's Regional Leader for the West and the Senior Managing Director of financial services division of the Phoenix office. I have experience serving companies across a variety of industries. I am responsible for the financial performance of the West Region and the Phoenix office. In addition, I lead planning efforts, client satisfaction and overall supervision of personnel in the locations in the West Region. Leading the team and helping clients grow and experience success provides a great sense of fulfillment. The West Region leadership role allows me to serve more of our team and more clients. I am also a leader of the national learning and development team. In this role, I help Senior Managers and Directors achieve success and further their careers by becoming Managing Directors. I help to develop and deliver our national training programs. Being able to help grow and develop individuals and teams is exciting. I joined CBIZ in 2002. I have worked with numerous public and private companies ranging in size from small development-stage companies to companies with worldwide operations. I also serve as a business advisor for a variety of clients. I have served in a number of roles at CBIZ including: CBIZ Leadership Council, CBIZ CPAs P.C. Board, leader of the National Transaction Advisory Services, Risk Management Team, Audit Methodology Team, Training and Development Group. I have been involved with joint ventures , partnership formation and accounting, bond/debt offerings, reimbursement projects, operational reviews, employee benefit analyses, forecasts and other financial and operational consulting projects. My experience has allowed me to work with a wide array of clients. Over the years, I have focused on companies in the real estate, construction, professional services, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and hospitality industries. I enjoy serving clients and helping our business to grow.
