He has been qualified as an expert witness for various zoning boards, US District and US Bankruptcy Courts and served as a Subject Matter Expert for the appraisal qualifications Board (AQB) participating in the development of the National Certified General Appraiser exam. Chuck is featured in several industry publications regarding changes and adapting in the appraisal profession, secondary market expectations, fraud, and how to leverage automated collateral technology.
