Administration responsibilities include overseeing and streamlining all administrative aspects of the hardware repair department; handling all subcontract items from interfacing with vendors to obtaining purchase orders from customers; preparing reports for management review; working with overseas customer service departments. Senior level technician responsibilities include testing, calibrating and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical devices; performing N.I.S.T. calibrations as required for various government regulated and privately owned companies; interfacing with the quality department, engineering and manufacturing departments as needed needed to aid in resolving existing or potential issues that arise with products to maintain continuous product improvement goals.

Responsibilities include programming and aligning mobile and handheld UHF, VHF and 800MHz radios, vehicular installation (including custom fabrication of enclosures/mounting systems), testing, and troubleshooting of communication devices and systems as well as audio/video recording equipment for various government agencies as well as privately owned companies. Troubleshoot equipment using various test equipment and repair as necessary. Additional responsibilities include creation of and installation of wiring harnesses for 911 call centers, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of dispatch consoles.

Sell and broker mortgages, prepare all mortgage documents, service mortgages with an aggregate value of $6M+, receive payments from customers, generate payments to lenders, make deposits, update customer accounts, monitor delinquent accounts and take action as necessary.

Prepared listing presentations to obtain listing agreements and show properties to buyers; write and negotiate contracts and leases, manage properties; including inspection, repairs and coordinating subcontractors.

FAA Certified Repair Station Z0SR595Y - Responsibilities included facility layout/build out, capabilities list development which included design, build and prove test equipment operation to obtain FAA approval, hire/train employees, develop procedures, policies and Quality Inspection Manual, interact with FAA on all levels to become a Certified Repair Station (Certified April 15, 2001), monitor cost/profit, and maintain workflow through the shop.

Oversee all employees of a diverse FAA Certified Repair Station (CRS# OTBR527K). Maintain overall profitability, increase profitability by monitoring production schedules, purchasing and overhead expenses, analyze and reduce costs without sacrificing quality or safety. Maintain Military and civilian contracts; maintain current capabilities; develop new capabilities, interface with customers and employees to address their needs and problems; develop and implement a higher Quality Assurance Program; develop Safety and Loss Control program; monitor payables and receivables; responsible for hiring, terminating, and training of employees.

Overhaul and repair of analog and digital aircraft instruments; assumed supervisors responsibilities upon his absence which included assigning work and interface with customer service and management; provide training to all new employees within the department, elected to the Quality Circle by all members of Management, held “Department Supervisor” position during second shift.

Test, tune, troubleshoot and repair RF based aircraft and marine life saving devices for both Military and Commercial use. Test and calibration of Military emergency radio test fixtures.
