Current• Key advisor of an 8 person IT Leadership team created to drive Agency policy, strategy and growth• Implement strategies with the CEO using technology to provide the best patient care following all HIPPA guidelines, ensuring that staff are able to operate 24x7 being connected with patients and families• Manage corporates strategic vendor partnerships (such as Verizon, CenturyLink / Lumen & Cox: including several Vars such as SHI, CDW, Sentinel) to maximize efficiency. • Conduct assessments and negotiations, highlighting relevant performance opportunities to improve contract terms• Manage service desk and desktop support teams consisting of 8 direct reports; with responsibilities which include managing a $1.2 million budget, improving divisions processes and procedures, maximizing work schedules, hold consistent performance evaluations and oversee all organization & planning for training, coaching and staffing • Retained 85% of direct staff under my leadership by taking personal responsibility for recruiting, hiring and training to ensure employees long term happiness and success by devising clear career growth strategy focused on expanding the roles and responsibilities of every staff member• Guide the deployment and maintenance of all Agency devices by utilizing several EMR Vendors & our SaaS electronic medical record system.• Coordinated with executive leadership, different business units and carrier vendors to assure the success of the integrated VoIP phone system project.• Negotiated with all vendors to reduce expenses creating a cost reduction savings of $314,000 annually, which the agency funneled back into our core business of patient care.• Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Sophos Encrypted email, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Cisco Anyconnect VPN, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco ICE, Cisco Duo, TigerConnect, Zoom.
