A Raymond Tinnerman is an automotive supplier of fastener solutions. I managed multiple projects including parts for the Mercedes BR166 that was designed in Germany and tooled in China. Another project was to identify a high quality, reliable partner to provide parts that improved open capacity, and manage the successful relocation of tools and start up of production.

GLBD promotes collaboration and networking among SE Michigan individuals and organizations working on sustainability and eco-justice issues. I am currently working with the local programming committee for the 2011 conference.

I organized this event with the TriGreen team.• MI Earth Day Fest was held April 23rd-25th, 2010 in downtown Rochester. With an audience of over 50,000, it is Michigan’s largest earth day celebration, and one of the largest in the country. The festival highlights what’s working in our communities and showcases leadership in green business, government and non-profit programs• The event offered 200+ green and wellness exhibits, top-notch presentations, lively music & entertainment, organic food and drink, kids’ crafts & activities, a portable farm, free massage and wellness activities, door prizes and samples, networking, and more• Special activities include a parade (Sat 10am), a 5K trail run (Sun 10am) and an evening-hours Party for the Planet (Fri & Sat 7-11pm).• A Preview Party was held on Earth Day (7-9pm), where comedian Dave Coulier acted as emcee, and several dignitaries, including DELEG Deputy Director Andy Levin, spoke. And, MI Earth Day Award recipients were honored.• Dr. Kevin Danaher, founder of Global Exchange and the Green Festivals, was on-hand to offer both public presentations and a community leader roundtable.

DLH supplies plastic tube assemblies for automotive OEMs.Working with a small company allowed me to perform many different roles, such as sales, prototype assembly, cost estimating, purchasing, and quality.A highlight was during a time of supplier consolidation, I got DLH it's first business at Chrysler through innovative design, persistence, and communication.In this position I gained understanding of plastic extrusion, injection molding, bend forming, automated assembly, and lab and leak testing.
