1991-Present Painter & Green Creative, LLC (later Form + Ideas, LLC)Writer, Designer, Strategist and Creative Director working mostly in travel and tourism. We acted as the Editorial Agency for the Hawai‘i Visitors & Convention Bureau from 1998 to 2003, creating and supervising over $750,000 worth of collateral per year. Created more than 30 hotel identity and signage programs in Hawai‘i and Southeast Asia. And we produced over 300 collateral projects for ResortQuest Hawai‘i alone in 2007.

The Editorial Agency created all of the collateral for HVCB, including 1100 pages of web content.

Employed as Associate Creative Director to work on Rock Resorts Lanai (the Lodge at Koele and Manele Bay Hotel).

Over a period of two years, we built the Creative Department from three people to a staff of 22 ranging from copywriters and art directors to videographers and photographers. I was also privileged to act as Quality Assurance Manager for a staff of 30 account executives, account managers and supervisors.
