W8th focusses on student housing.PMware is a cloud-based field management and contract management app. I co-founded McNutt Peters Creative Group, an interactive internet design firm in 1995. Two years later we sold MPCG in an all-stock transaction to ErieNet, Inc., Northwest PA’s largest internet service provider and became investor/partners in the company. In September of 1999, we sold ErieNet to Stargate Industries of Pittsburgh.
