1979 – 1989 – Staff Years at Marathon Oil Company and Accenture (i.e. Arthur Andersen) After graduating from Miami (Ohio) University Mr. Pisciotta worked at Marathon Oil Company for a year. During that year Mr. Pisciotta worked in the Corporate Information Technology group as a systems analyst developing energy related reporting systems. At the end of 1979, Mr. Pisciotta join then Arthur Andersen in their consulting group. In those days, it was required of all personnel to participate in audits and work to achieve a CPA; Mr. Pisciotta did both. For the next eight years Mr. Pisciotta worked on large scale IT programs.1989 – 1998 – Early Partner years at Accenture (i.e. Andersen Consulting)During the 1990’s Mr. Pisciotta worked heavily in the SAP software world and improving operations at Process Industry oriented clients. His SAP projects were large, normally greater than 20,000 person days worth of effort. He also did outsourcing of IT operations along with establishing new software products and solution centers. 1999 – December 2006 – Senior Partner years at Accenture Ltd.During the past five years Mr. Pisciotta has been involved in major restructuring projects that includes IT and associated shared services functions (e.g. Logistics, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and some manufacturing plant functions). He also has been involved in Business Processing Outsource deals and supporting Accenture’s major growth initiative in this market.
