TSI won many awards for technical excellence, CRM and goal achievement from several vendors and customers (IBM and GE Supplier awards). Developed new software integration products, new marketing presentations and, managed the consulting services group within TSI. Technical sales lead for the largest deals (PLM, CAD, Test, IT) to companies such as IBM, Charter, Ribbon, BT, TVA, and DoD(DISA, Army, etc.). Developed new training classes and taught TSI trainers, support personnel and sales people. Developed website, marketing materials, product sales strategy, and post-sales support functions. Managed, trained, and led the technical support, engineering, marketing, sales, and office personnel in supporting customers worldwide. Expert in Infrastructure Automation Frameworks, PLM, PCB CAD, ASIC/FPGA design tools, test automation, IT automation, CRM, and enterprise solution selling processes.
