KLGE: I host and co-produce The Humboldt Chronicles, a monthly commentary show that tracks California's experiment with the legalization of marijuana. The show looks at multiple perspectives from cultivators to consumers, from law enforcement to legislators and includes the voices of proponents and opponents. Cannabis has long been a local issue in our part of California but is now impacted by state, national and global politics and economics. The show is simulcast on sister station KHUM, is available at 941lounge.com, at iTunes and is posted at lostcoastoutpost.com.KWPT: I'm Program Director at KWPT, a classic rock station in Northern California. I do a daily music-oriented show on KWPT that airs from Noon-6pm Pacific Time. The focus is on the music, its influences, meaning and impacts from about 1960 to the present. lostcoastoutpost.com: This is our on-line news service. I'm responsible for a daily news digest that airs on all of our radio stations and points listeners to details that can be found on-line. KZZH: I'm a frequent guest on KZZH's Thursday Night Talk. The focus is current affairs, public policy and community issues. Callers weigh-in with their questions and opinions. KZZH is a non-commercial, community based station in Eureka, CA.

I was hired by MMP founder Mark Sommer to create, produce, manage and help in fundraising for a weekly, hour-long current affairs/commentary radio program, "A World of Possibilities." The show began airing in 2001 and was syndicated by WFMT-Chicago to 365 U.S. stations and to stations in 8 foreign countries. Marketing and publicity was handled by Creative PR- Los Angeles. The program aired primarily on public radio stations that included KQED- San Francisco and WETA- Washington. Support for the series was provided by the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Park Foundation, Goldman Fund and many others that helped fund work on topics ranging from terrorism to the environment to politics to food security. The program received awards from the United Nations and New York Festivals. Just over two years into production, the series attracted the attention of In These Times magazine which published an article about it in 2004. See the article at inthesetimes.com in the May 31, 2004 issue under the title, "Power of the Possible."​ As of 2017, "A World of Possibilities" is archived by the University of Massachusetts Library including master recordings of raw interviews as well as produced radio programs.
