Led all Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) operations for Bermuda office, directing team located internationally in providing outsourced management services for large multi-national clients with complex insurance programs, specializing in the ILS market; included the development, structuring, licensing, and management of natural catastrophe bonds, transformers, sidecars, and life insurance securitizations. Spearheaded business development strategies and activities, as well as networking across ILS, Life, and P&C insurance and Captive specific conferences and seminars worldwide. Led team of accountants, providing guidance on GAAP practices. ► MY IMPACT ● Built Bermuda Office ILS business from the ground up, grew revenues 97% in 7 years, and expanding from 1 line of business to 4 separate revenue streams. ● Led diversification of business portfolio to minimize impact of ILS market changes; implemented new business development plan securing new clients from a more stable revenue stream and preserving financial performance.● Launched segregated accounts company facilitating ILS transactions for major ILS funds and insurance companies looking to cede business to the collateralized reinsurance marketplace; completed 9 transactions to date.● Successfully onboarded 67 catastrophe bond and mortgage insurance linked note issuances, raising $22B from the capital markets and generating multi-million-dollar management fee revenue. ● Identified and organically grew revenue streams and captured operating efficiencies by collaborating across teams within the organization as part of Aon’s Client Service Model and Mastering Client Interactions learning seminars. ● Served as advisor for the Captive Team’s Client Promise planning and agenda, mentoring junior staff in the client-first approach to build trusted relationships that drive client retention, satisfaction, and financial success.

Managed 17 captives and 1 traditional insurance company, serving clients among the top 100 companies worldwide. Served as Director and/or Officer for several insurance linked securitization captives (SPFCs). Established the business development strategy and growth objectives for the Traditional Insurance Management business, including assisting in request for proposals and client presentations. ► MY IMPACT● Led the application process for SPFCs, executing 20 transactions that generated $50MM-$2B from capital markets.● Partnered with South Carolina Department of Insurance for SPFC to develop application procedure, creating a more efficient and accurate process.● Enhanced workforce capabilities and ensured ongoing alignment with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and customer needs through delivering insurance linked securitizations training to staff in South Carolina and Vermont. ● Selected as member of Marsh Captive Solutions IT Steering Committee, officially representing the South Carolina office in enterprise-wide IT initiative strategy, budget allocation, and prioritization; created efficiencies within proprietary systems that reduced operating expenses and increased value to the client. ● Developed strategies for sustaining and delivering outsourced insurance management as a new solution offering, leveraging existing business systems/processes to ensure highest levels of client services.
