During my career I have held many roles - direct sales, product management, industry segment management, sales management, and executive management. In addition to my success in direct sales my expertise includes territory analysis and development, sales process improvement, CRM implementation, negotiation, channel development, and sales strategy. In addition to sales, I have been directly involved in developing marketing strategies and sales collateral. In the late 1990s I recognized the potential of the internet for marketing purposes and launched website to promote our company’s business. I have developed principal marketing collateral including product brochures, corporate informational brochures and case studies. Additionally, I have crafted and implemented a variety of mass market campaigns ranging from traditional practices to social media.To keep myself informed about the best practices in my profession and my industry I participate in a number of professional groups and I contribute regularly with my professional network. Since 2018 I have also been an active member of the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) where I have served as the Vice Chair of the Food Safety Network, and a member of both the Network Leadership Team and the Bakery Council.
