Currently developing new features and updating existing features for the company's custom built CMS.Historically, designed and developed features and maintained code for the company's calendar web application product, Pinwheel, written in PHP, AngularJS, and MySQL. After a shift in focus for the department, I was moved to a team to work on the company's "15 years in development" in-house CRM, order fulfillment, and production management system named P7. P7 was written utilizing Microsoft WebForms technology and targeted Microsoft SQL Server 2005 when I was brought onboard. Our team worked on adding new features, fixing bugs, as well as making strides to move P7 into MVC 5 and adding more modern responsive design features via JavaScript and related libraries.

Maintained and improved an in-house application used for recording and analyzing data taken from soil and feed tests around the country. The software was written in Visual C++ using an Oracle 8 database. During my employment I also moved the development environment and source code from an old machine I was told it was "stuck on" to a virtual image so a new copy of the environment could be deployed anywhere and avoid the danger of losing the code to a hardware failure. Among other tasks I also worked with management and users to design a replacement billing system for the department which tied in with the soil and feed test software.

Performed project manager responsibilities working closely with product managers and developers as well as providing time-line and burn-down data to upper management. Assisted phone support representatives in the diagnosis and resolution of installation and run-time issues with the flagship intranet portal product. Performed as part of the team developing the web interface for the company's newest product targeted at providing board of director members with meeting agendas and documents via tablet devices. Developed new features and web controls for the flagship intranet portal product including: Database documents – Storing documents in a SQL database and providing version control mechanisms for their management, List control – A portal-centric web control allowing a user to create and maintain a list of various items including URLs, user profiles, documents and plain text inputs. Fixed bugs within the flagship product's interface and custom APIs. Developed new features and implemented bug fixes for the flagship product's numerous modules including “Help Desk”, “Form Builder”, and “Dashboards”.

Designed, developed, implemented, and maintained desktop and web applications for internal and external use utilizing ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, SQL, SQL Server 2005, VB.NET and Microsoft Access.Installed and configured desktop equipment. Provided phone based Helpdesk support for the bank’s 400+ branch employees. Met with bank employees and bank customers to identify software/web development. Installed and configured desktop equipment. Provided desktop software, hardware and networking support to the bank’s 150+ employee Service Center. Maintained the bank’s document imaging storage server and related software. Provided installation, maintenance, and support for the bank-wide teller software and account management software. Assisted in the bank-wide upgrade of their old teller and account management software to a new AS400 based software solution. Created and maintained forms used by the bank’s tellers and account managers for the new AS400 based software solution. Designed, developed, implemented, and maintained desktop and web applications for internal and external use utilizing ASP, SQL, SQL Server 2000, and Coldfusion MX.
