I have more than 58 years of experience in handling complex bankruptcy, insolvency and litigation matters, with an emphasis on representing secured and asset based lenders, receivers and trustees and defendants in bankruptcy avoidance actions. My experience covers not only the United States, but also Eastern and Western Europe and Japan. I have recovered literally millions of dollars for clients in the most complex bankruptcy and insolvency situations throughout the world. I have also successfully defended many complex lender liability claims before and after jury trials. I also have knowledge and experience in dealing with the complexities of international letters of credit and municipal bankruptcies. I have experience in handling jury and non-jury trials in complicated commercial transaction and lender liability matters. I completed bankruptcy mediation training conducted by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, and have successfully mediated many complicated bankruptcy adversary proceedings and contested matters.
