Even Field® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit character development organization that promotes integrity, life skills, and leadership, through sports. Our purpose is to help youth develop the intention, courage, and reasoning skills to make caring, principled choices in sports and life. Our approach is to present inspirational and thought-provoking stories, observations, and insights about character and leadership, shared by professional and amateur athletes, coaches, and others. We also work with adults providing coach/mentor/parenting tools and strategies to strengthen character, resilience, leadership, and team culture. We present these stories and observations through interviews, podcasts, videos, and the Even Field website. We also conduct forums, clinics, and workshops, providing resources to youth sports coaches and parents, through our partnerships with school sports governing bodies, youth organizations, and sports leagues.Our Peer into Character® multimedia programs leverage the powerful influence of sports to promote intentional leadership, competitive integrity, and character traits that lead to excellence on and off the field. They are designed to continually deliver positive character messaging that engages, motivates, and inspires at a peer level --- student-to-student, coach-to-coach, and parent-to-parent.
