A graduate of Bentley College, I was recruited by Texas Instruments and served as Group Accounting Manager($800 million group) and Financial Planning Mgr for a ($360 million division).Became an Entrepreneur Negotiated technology transfer licenses and market exclusivity agreements with La- Z-Boy, BE Aerospace and United Airlines which enabled first time profitability for Ergomedics.Developed business plans, raised capital and built infrastructures around the creative product ideas of Linckia. Instrumental in maximizing the sale of two Linckia.Came to be CFO of Silescent Lighting Company, a proprietary LED Light Engine and Fixture Manufacturer based in Florida. I have worked closely with the founders to develop infrastructure, raise capital and implement a sustainable business model. Purchased, in partnership, Grate Ideas of America which fabricates PVC pool grates for municipalities and water parks nationwide. Since being purchased and remaining as Managing Partner, this niche business has regained its profitable and sustainable stature. We moved GIA to Fort Lauderdale and, again, we a are proud to market "Made in the USA".On a personal note, my wife, Rhonda, and I have enjoyed buying houses over the past 25 years (6 total) for private residence and investment, turning them into homes and selling for above average profit.
