Current• Managing the credit tech product owner team who are in charge of: + Credit Line Products: MoMo Paylater, Credit Card Marketplace and Installment for Apple Products. + Cash Loan Products: Fast Money (Vay Nhanh) + Others: Cash Loan & Credit Card Collection, MoMo Trust Score• Gathering business requirements, collaborating with relevant departments, and conducting product discovery to discern user segments, user problems and product value propositions. Subsequently, facilitating solutions and translating them into user stories for the development team.• Define the road map and prioritize the backlog of work to meet the vision in a timely manner to meet customers and stakeholders demands.• Successfully launched Installment for Apple Products, an exclusive credit limit enabling customers to purchase Apple products on the Apple Online Store and conveniently settle payments through selected installment plans.• Successfully launched Credit Card Marketplace, empowering customers to seamlessly explore and compare various credit card benefits, while facilitating easy and prompt registration for new credit cards.• Elevating MoMo Paylater and Fast Money be among the top revenue-generating offerings within the MoMo platform.• Leading to developing the credit tech Product Owner team, guiding its development from inception to a robust team of 9 members.
