 Discuss strategic business problems with stakeholders & propose appropriate research methodology & techniques to best approach business questions Manage internal & external research teams, research agencies to run research projects effectives & precisely from research proposal to presenting research results. Develop & training internal research team, with full process from desk research, internal data collection, data analyse & reporting Presenting research results to stakeholders with recommendations & support stakeholders in translating research result to actions.

Responsible for managing all facets of projects from commissioning up to data delivery- Involving in taking research briefs, developing proposals- Mainly in charge of commissioned projects from A-Z to ensure project timelines and quality or any changes/challenges to be updated to team head/client timely:- Preparing all the required materials (questionnaire, project briefing note etc.)- Liaising with related departments to ensure the consistent and timely communication and cooperation- Keeping track of the project progress and quality - being the "Project Owner" and "Project Manager"- Involving in data checking, analysis/ reporting- Involving in preparing and checking financial paperwork relating the projects
