As the lead visual and experience designer at "Letstalk" and "Beyond Mind", I sought new product strategies and models through interviews and data analysis to resolve business operations and teamwork challenges.During my tenure, I helped Letstalk achieve a breakthrough of "1 million" downloads, with a +13.3% increase in daily active users (DAU) to 49,000 and a +54.6% growth in monthly active users (MAU) to 211,000 within a year. Through surveys, we reached a customer satisfaction level of 4.6 out of 5 (N=67,000). In addition, it also helped Beyond Mind to be officially launched on the iOS/Android Store!- Redesigned the product for "Letstalk" by defining the target customer segments through interviews and focus groups, reshaping the brand value, and incrementally revising product features, visuals, advertising exposure methods, positioning, and interactive experiences towards overarching goals. Letstalk was transformed to not only provide users with a space for conversation also to support them in managing their business schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating business communications, etc.- Developed the new product "Beyond Mind", creating user requirement reports with client proposals, and planning the Overall Flow, Wireframe, User Testing, GUI Design, etc.- Leveraging customer feedback and Google Analytics, I pinpointed user requirements and, through research, crafted new policies and designs to improve the user experience.- Implemented and established a new set of design standards and design systems, redesigning the brand and user interface style.

Through the 2019 MOST research project, we developed and studied the gestural operation of tactile feedback devices for the elderly, exploring the experience and perception of vibratory feedback.The results of this research indicate that the application of gestures has significant potential in future human-computer interactions.- Insight into user needs through quantitative research.- Planning the research objectives, processes, and methodologies to facilitate smooth progress of the study.- Designing experimental methods, and conducting data analysis and research findings.
