I have a background in Social Services working with persons with Mental Illness and Developmental Disabilities. In 2008, I changed fields and accepted a position as a Secretary for the Outpatient Physical Therapy Department at Good Samaritan Hospital. My most recent venture was accepting a job with MJ Holding (formerly Beckett Associates) in May of 2011. MJ Holding, LLC is a major trading/gaming card and collectible distributor for both the U.S. and Canada. They have also broken into the novelty toy market with Grin Studios, LLC. I was promoted to a leadership role for the Field Operations team, where I oversaw the day to day team functions, special projects, coordination of project outcomes with internal teams, and 3rd party service execution in stores. In November 2016 I was approached about moving into a new area within the company where I could expand my knowledge of the business, as well as bring my expertise and best practices to a new team, and made the transition to Retail Planning Coordinator in March 2017. Beginning April of 2018, I had the opportunity to participate in our ERP implementation and, upon its launch, expand my role to order management and support.I successfully completed the Paralegal Certification Program at Roosevelt University in 2009.

  The company has undergone an ERP program implementation. I assisted with program testing and script review. I am now overseeing order management for several retail chains including Walmart US and Target. I am responsible for reviewing order accuracy, creating urgent orders when needed, amending orders as needed, and creating sales and transfer orders for internal and external company purchase needs.I continue to provide support to the Retail Planning team and oversee shipping and product return activity tracking, and data analysis for our retail chains.
