-Leading end-to-end program management of hyperscale network design and delivery hyperscale network projects composing of dark fiber, leased waves, wavelength IPLC, IP transit and peering circuits, cross connects, point of presence and content delivery networks build.-Leading end to end program management for inter-campus ducting telco manhole build OSP (outside plant) and ISP (inside plant)- Leading E2E program management hyper-scale Data center deployment delivery from scratch include DC fitout build, colo space, power, M&E testing, racks/rPDU, network & server deployment & commissioning, and operation kickoff handover- Create deployment package consisting of scope of work, rack elevation, portmap, IP addressing, floor plans and power utilisation.- Lead technical planning with ISP for interconnection and caching projects.- Work closely with capacity planner for network/server capacity for business needs and forcecast- Project management for multiple Data Center corporate WiFi network deployment

-Managing lean team focus on new POP deployment, expansion, planning, migration and implementation for meta APAC infrastructure, data centers, Point of Presence (POP), edge, backbone, datacenter, international cabling and content delivery network (CDN) infrastructure

-Design, plan, deploy, configuration, setup / expand new / existing Regional SingTel Private IPVPN / MPLS Data Cneter network end to end from scratch. -In charge of pop/data cneter site selection, deployment, planning, portmap allocation, delivery and set up of all DC equipment include of network equipment, fiber cabling, optics and racks. -Responsible as an engineering team to evaluate and test any new engineering features. In addition, develop improvement plan, network standards and governance to ensure network interoperability.-In charge, submarine capacity planning, responsible for yearly tender RFP/RFQ, budgetting, and network audit-Work as both PM and engineer to define job scope, manage project schedule with multiple external and internal stakeholder and execution of the project.

-Lead a global team of NOC engineers supporting customers globally up to 300+ customer in multiple industry. -Handling escalation from the customer and focus on complex and reoccurred incident. -Team main focus on network fault issue from tier 1 to 2.5 and Participate in network service delivery audit, incident management. -improvement plan, RCA, incident managment and ticket quality management
