Software Technical Lead
Current• Software Technical Lead role to facilitate collaboration between different functional teams, such as embedded, gateway, server backend, and front-end web app.• Mentoring junior team members to support their growth and create a collaborative and supportive environment.• Develop new product concepts in response to emergence of new technologies, such as smart gas sensors, Starlink communication, etc. • Lead and provide guidance in cross component software design and architecture including identifying end-to-end components, encapsulation and modularisation, interface protocols, etc.• Lead the end-to-end new product design process, encompassing requirement gathering, architecture design, effort estimation, hardware component selection, power consumption calculation, software platform determination, and scheduling.• Create rapid hardware and software prototyping for feature feasibility studies.• Engaged in domestic and international business travel to provide comprehensive product support, covering responsibilities such as tradeshow participation, conducting customer site surveys, performing system installations, and delivering on-site customer support.• Hands on embedded firmware design and implementation using various platform (Atmel ARM MCU, Silicon Labs, Nordic Semiconductor).
