I have over four years of experience in software quality assurance, working with various tools and methodologies for manual and automated testing.In my current role, I ensure the quality and reliability of software products and services that are used by millions of customers across the continent. I collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and project managers to design, execute, and report on test plans and test cases, using tools such as JIRA, JMETER, POSTMAN, and KATALON STUDIOS. I have contributed to the testing of several high-profile projects, such as the QuickTeller payment platform, the Verve card scheme, and the Interswitch Blockchain Service.
