• Executes all Planned and preventive maintenance on all mechanical(s) equipment (Pumps,motors, valves {pneumatic, manual, electric), and automation equipment on Refrigeration plant(ammonia compressors, condensers etc ),Co2 plant, Water treatment plant, Superheated water plant and Brewing according to set standards while ensuring strict adherence to lock out tag out and equipment permit to work procedures. Provides OTIF system related feedback for executed activities • Tag all anomalies, defect, and losses seen on the machine. Ensures all tags in work area are converted to notification of correct type in computerized maintenance management system in collaboration with machine specialist in the work area• Participates in TPM improvement teams, APM and DCS floor team activities. • Participates in BD analysis of machine(s) to avoid recurrence and optimize maintenance cost• Supports annual FIM of equipment in own area by providing inputs towards preparation of the list of required parts • Supports reduction in stores inventory requirements by increasing reliability through reductive monitoring, scheduled and preventive maintenance• Ensures work area is organized according to 5s standards of maintenance • Tag all anomalies, defect, and losses seen on the machine. • Assisted in the Daily routine maintenance of 18Kva and 20Kva CAT generators and HVAC units at the VOR , glide slope and localizer areas• Proper inventory of routine and scheduled maintenance records • Routine checks of pilot controller equipment and to make sure to switch over when due • Compliance with all health safety and environment regulations in accordance to IATA standards • Participates in BD analysis of equipment
