Chukwuka Justice Nnanna (Md) Email and Phone Number
I am a dedicated medical doctor with a strong academic foundation and clinical acumen. My passion lies in providing comprehensive, evidence-based healthcare, ensuring the highest standards of care through individualized treatment plans that address patients' needs, expectations, and satisfaction. Currently, I serve underserved populations in Enugu State, Nigeria, as a primary healthcare physician. This role has enabled me, as an SDG-3 advocate, to address major health priorities: reproductive, maternal, and child health; communicable and non-communicable diseases; and to provide access to quality, and affordable medicines to those in need.Over the past few years, I’ve worked in various healthcare settings that have shaped my clinical skills and deepened my commitment to patient care. I spent one year as a medical intern tertiary center, gaining invaluable hands-on experience under the supervision of resident doctors and consultants. Following this, I worked as a clinician for another year at a training center for family medicine physicians. This role allowed me to collaborate with professionals and carry out community development projects that impacted the health of the people of Eku in Delta State. Additionally, I had a brief but enriching stint in a private hospital in Lagos, which broadened my perspective on healthcare delivery. These experiences provided me with a comprehensive understanding of different healthcare environments. I am eager to advance my medical career through residency training in the United States by 2025. I look forward to joining a residency program where I can receive comprehensive training and contribute my unique perspective and strong work ethic in healthcare delivery. Some of the key strengths I bring to the table includeClinical Excellence: Extensive experience in patient care across various healthcare settings.Leadership and Teamwork: ability to lead healthcare teams, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals.Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to provide culturally sensitive care, having worked across four ethnic nationalities in Nigeria.Problem-Solving and Innovation: Resourcefulness in addressing healthcare challenges with limited resources, including developing and implementing community health programs.I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals, mentors, resident physicians, program directors, and others as we work towards ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all.
