- Primarily responsible for measurement, tuning, and optimizing performance of Radsone audio devices – headphones, boombox, Bluetooth receiver, USB Audio DAC.- Developed high resolution headphones – new diaphragm development supporting up to 40kHz, new target curve definition with solid bass and vocal clarity, benchmarking brand headphones.- Led listening tests for in-house engineers and industry professionals about Radsone headphones- Developed audio library supporting high resolution audio, Radsone IP, graphical/parametric EQ, Sample Rate Converter, sound modes, tone control, reverberation, and finalizer consisting of DRC, harmonic generations- Developed Radsone’s audio IP, Distinctive Clear Technology (DCT), a kind of time-frequency dithering algorithm to solve fundamental quantization issues of digital audio signals.- Established a partnership with Qualcomm CSR in 2014 and successfully listed Radsone's DCT on CSR’s audio solutions as the first Asian company solution in 2015.- Expanded market reach by leading Bluetooth audio projects for clients in Japan, Korea, Taiwan.

Developed a spatial audio algorithm for Pulsus audio DSP

- Developed in-house car audio system for Hyundai and Kia motors from scratch to mass production.- Developed audio system based on Analog Devices’ audio DSP such as SHARC, Blackfin, SigmaDSP.- Developed high quality loudspeakers for vehicles – full range and tweeter drivers, target curve generation for various sound modes, benchmarking brand loudspeakers.- Delivered automotive embedded audio systems, including audio framework/library design, echo cancellation/noise suppression and beamforming algorithm, vehicle communication software for car amplifiers.- Led listening tests for in-house engineers.- Successfully increased market share by leading car audio system development and commercialization to 7M vehicles.- Led a new project integrating MBBM algorithms into SHARC DSPs for the active noise-canceling in vehicles.
