 As RF Engineer in Global Service Resource Center Department Assigned as RF drive test engineer for LTE Project at Hong Kong for one month. Assigned as RF team leader for first LTE project in Philippines, owned by the largest telecommunication operator. Successfully rolled out approximately 200 LTE radio network stations in Metro Manilla with 100% customer acceptance in less than 3 months. Rolled out more than 200 stations in Mindanao and Cebu. Perform drive test, analyze the network KPI, troubleshooting and actively communicate with the Huawei R&D department at Shenzhen. Organized LTE RF short course to internal staffs and clients. Leaded the subcon company to complete the RF drive test. Completed RF acceptance test for LTE project for more than 100 base stations within 2 months, which 80% of these stations achieved the KPI. Actively participate in all scale of meeting with the project team, client's general meeting and kick-off meeting. Drafted the KPI agreement for LTE RF Drive Test and eventually signed off. Involved in the preparation of scope of work for subcon in order to fulfill the drive test requirements. Retained good relationship with client's project manager and project team because of positive working attitude, hardworking and self-initiative.
