As a senior researcher with 10 more years experience focusing on acrylic resin polymerization and applications, from recipe design, ingredients research, process control, application assessment, and mass production implementation and stabilization. After years of conducting research assignments, I started to have more engagements with customers in which dedicated on building value what customers need. We believe that values come from various aspects, such as shortening improvement duration, probing and fixing the issue, and most importantly is the product itself, all these relying on internal and external collaboration, then by strengthening the cohesion with customers, we reached more opportunities on the market. The experiences that I have harvested lead me become more passionate on cross functional group communication. Through taking courses and self-learning when I perceive the need of improvement, such as PM knowledge, the importance of having adequate relationships with stakeholders and team members, the most importantly is the whole experience has shaped me with right mindset that can guarantee the best outcome for the team and customers.
