5th rotation: Nescafe process engineer• Create standards for steam trap management• Identified 3 new energy saving projects with savings RM100,000 with payback less than 3 years• Performed daily maintenance routine• Improve preventive maintenance plan at Nescafe

4th rotation: Cereal Plant FnP engineer•Technician work and roster management•Planning shutdown activity•Project Execution to ensure it adhere to hygienic design•Contractor management •Managing daily operational issue with stakeholder (QA, production, AG, IP) to ensure alignment•Close external and internal audit gap•Budgeting and cost planning of Cereal plant.

3rd rotation: Project Department•Using microsoft project to create project charter. Deal with multiple contractor (civil, mechanical, electrical, panel, equipment, stakeholder) to ensure alignment is achieved to ensure project can be executed within timeline.•Execution of 3 project: (1) AHU replacement for NQAC lab, (2) centralised AHU for tasting room, (3) energy saving project for AHU to reduce fresh air intake and increase recirculation.

2nd rotation: Industrial services•Managing budget and lead energy saving project in factory worth RM 1.25 million, identify opportunity for energy saving project. Achieved yearly savings of >RM 500,000 with money invested. •Attend and provide solution to daily operation at general services•Have in depth knowledge in Quality Monitoring System (QMS) of boiler house, chiller, WWTP, compressed air, town water, soft water.

1st rotation: Asset maintenance & management•Completion of technical store 5s transformation (sort,set,shine,standardise,sustain) which assist factory at TPM phase change assessment. •SAP system, cost management, asset linkage to spare parts and labour charges) to assist factory achieve compliance in GFI (Globe foundation Index)

Experience in filling and packing machine such as Mespack, Duplex, Toyo and Wolf. Technicians management, project management and CAPEX project design and execution.
