I have been working in Innovation/IT for 30+ years from a technical professional to people management. While facing the rapid changes both in IT and business environments, I have participated in and experienced a few major change projects such as IT outsourcing in a form of Share Service Model (SSM), implementation of the world's first mobile mesh WiFi infrastructure, setting up billing system on SAP Hybris platform, implementation of Office 365 Yammer social network for both the office & frontline mobile users and Power BI analytic tool for management dashboard applications . As IoT, Big Data, AI are getting mature, I had led projects to explore and apply the latest digital solutions for transforming the terminal business operations. Adopting cloud for simplifying the on-premises infrastructure and further automating the terminal's operations through a deployment of an autonomous truck solution are the projects that I have been working on recently. Meanwhile, I have been working closely with Cybersecurity experts to figure out and implement an adequate framework (i.e. CIS Controls) for Modern Terminals.To well manage IT functions in the company, I have to maintain and sustain an adequate IT strategy and align IT solution with the everchanging business needs. For achieving this IT & business integration, apart from a strong IT knowledge I have been keeping up my interpersonal communications, coaching & mentoring, and influencing skills so as to lead and follow through the changes. Leadership is also one of my important competence to succeed.
