Lead software engineer in the technology software group supporting engineering functions- Developed the customer corrective action request (CCAR) application to track and respond to customer issues using OpenInterface/C (later migrated to Java/Swing), Microsoft WORD, Oracle, and PL/SQL to standardize and formalize the request and response and enforce the proper business process for ~200 Field Sales and ~500 engineers.- Designed GET (General Extraction Tool) that extracts manufacturing data (Assembly, Process, WET, SORT and CLASS) and provided statistic analysis using Java, Java/Swing, Informatica ETL, SAS, RS1, and R for 500+ engineers.- Built a prototype user interface OARS (Optimal Alignment Resource System) which analyze demand, cost, benefits and risk for different manufacturing scenarios using C#, MySQL and JMP to maximize financial returns (est. >$10M).- Created a web tool that provides analysis of tool events vs. wafer productions using Perl, R and HTML for ~50 engineers to improve the efficiencies of tools by 10% estimated to save >$1M.- Delivered a web application to provide real-time reports/graphs (including a comprehensive set of wafer maps) to analyze correlation between Class and Sort yield using Perl, PHP and Apache for 300+ engineers.- Engineered the first tracking/reporting system for documentation groups using Ingres 4GL and later migrated to Oracle SQLForms that improved 25%+ efficiency for 50+ employees.
