Managed the Russell US Indexes' portfolio of 3000+ securities including research and reconstitution projects. Served as a consultant with product managers for the enhancement and development of products. Lead and supervised a team of 3 senior analysts and 8 junior analysts to produce, validate, and distribute the Russell US Indexes which are benchmarked by over $5 trillion in assets and $800 billion in passive fund replication. Lead the Russell US Index team to complete the most successful Reconstitution in Russell Index history with zero errors on projects managed.• Acted as subject matter expert on all critical functions of index production including business process flow, corporate actions, real-time index calculation.• Worked closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and stock exchanges to help develop and implement an in-house real-time calculation platform for the Russell Indexes.• Supervised all aspects of the US Index Production team’s creation of 500+ Russell Index deliverables over 15 deadlines on a daily basis, with over 99% precision on stated delivery times and over 99.9% on data accuracy.• Developed and improved processes to optimize team productivity and efficiency through streamlining workflows and implementing robust data quality validations.• Conducted extensive UAT on new research, products, platforms and processes while documenting and resolving errors to drive projects towards successful implementation.• Managed relationships between the Russell Index operations team and third party data vendors and calculators.
