Design variety of instructional approaches to support home care services for Canada's largest social enterprise and a leader in technology innovation in community care- Develop microlearning (30 minutes or less) for mobile scheduling app (AlayaCare) for personal support workers in newly launched direct-to-consumer business (Elizz)- Created 3-day competency-based classroom orientation course for community health workers (medication administration, falls prevention, dementia care, palliative care)- Developed mobile learning videos and job aids to support pilot of a remote monitoring mobile application (TelePowerShift)- Rapid development of training to support Clinical Pharmacy Services Program. Learning strategy focus on content curation, change management, enhanced reporting requirement.

Course Designer for the Core Commercial Credit Courses.- Developed Commercial Loan Loss Prevention online course for experienced account managers. Introduced effective use of avatars, game play and a virtual simulation to make learning stick. - Designed an online course evaluation tool to measure effectiveness of the course and a learner completion reporting system.- Designed course for new role (Small Business Banker) in the Bank. Instituted an experiential learning element to course.- Developed Financial Analysis Essentials e-learning/Financial Analysis Reference Job aid. Introduced story-telling approach to engage learners.

Designed e-learning modules (problem solving, media literacy etc) for the Ministry of Education Foundations Initiative program aimed at teaching best practices in literacy and numeracy to the 70 000 teachers across the province. Project won the 2005 Diamond Award at Showcase Ontario in the Organizational Transformation category. Designed web-based interactive learning objects (ILO). Developed ILOs for a case-study based business course on accounting.

Developed web-based training as team member on one of IBM’s largest e-learning projects (for a major Financial Institution) resulting, over a one-year period, in 80 courses targeted towards audience of 15,000 users, that attained 100,000 course completions.
