Over the past 25 years, I have reimagined customer experiences for more than 800 clients, including JetBlue, American Express, and GM. The range of my contributions includes designing corporate digital strategies, revamping customer experience ecosystems, and launching new products and services. After acquisition, I served on North America Leadership for 8 years, responsible for 62% of global revenue ($8.16B).I currently serve as an investor and advisor for companies such as Daring Foods, Nara Organics, Cabify, Hero Cosmetics, and Stuf Storage.
