1.   人事： -    招聘，主要负责实习生招聘，与团队沟通明确招聘需求，完成简历筛选、人才甄别、意向沟通、面试沟通、薪资谈判、背景调查等。学校招聘渠道的维护。-    员工入离职准备，协助领导完成年中&年终review,绩效考核。-    人事行政规章制度的整理等；企业公益文化的发展等。-    协助公司员工培训。2.   企业CSR&ESG：-    撰写厚朴投资年度CSR&ESG报告；员工公益活动策划设计与执行；厚朴（香港）慈善基金会的免税牌照申请及维护等。-    安家皂乡村学校公益项目：联合合作伙伴如中金、中信及富士康和被投公司共同推进项目。-    其他项目对接，荷风艺术慈善晚宴，中国青少年儿童基金会等-    ESG投资及碳中和政策的研究等行政：投资者年会筹备、公司年会的筹备和执行；
