1) Compensation & Benefits- Prepare monthly payroll, maintain an accurate employee database and prepare final payment; - Manage annual salary review, ensuring compliance with the Group Policy and Company’s budget, and work together with survey vendors (Aon Hewitt; Tower Watson; Hay group) to conduct customized survey; - Lead annual Benefit review process pertaining to but not limited to: Insurances, Medical checks, staff welfare;- Serve as the main touch point for Asia Regional C&B team and external vendors for all C&B related matters;- Co-ordinate Group Long term incentive (LTI) processes in local Entity.2) Expatriation Management (including locally hired foreigners)- Co-ordinate International Assignee benefits to ensure they are implemented effectively, efficiently and in line with global policy and process, e.g. relocation;- Conduct the immigration process for international assignees and locally hired foreigners;- Serve as the main touch point for corresponding entities and external vendors for all expatriation related matters.3) Integration Project: AXA-Tianping JV- POC of C&B sub-work stream for Tianping C&B team and Asia regional C&B team.
