Preside over the site meeting, organize and coordinate the relationship among the Project Department, the owner, the supervisor, and the local authorities, so as to maintain the smooth operation of the project.4. Responsible for the establishment of safe and civilized production site. Implement the quality, safety and environmental protection-oriented policy, management system and control procedures, preside over the formulation of corresponding plans and emergency plans, and strive to achieve their objectives.5. Responsible for the financial examination and approval of various contracts, measurement and payment, and financial revenue and expenditure of the project. Organize and prepare the construction budget and planned cost of the project, comprehensively control the cost expenditure, and strengthen the performance appraisal.6. Organize the preparation of the project labor procurement plan, select the construction team competitively, determine the performance management mode, and organize the evaluation of the project labor team.7. Strengthen the management of progress and quality, organize and carry out labor competition activities, fulfill contract assignments with high quality on schedule, and timely feedback relevant information to the head office.

1. Fully responsible for the technical management of the project under the leadership of the Project Manager, establish the project quality assurance system, implement the company's quality policy.2. Divide and manage the work of the project technical personnel, formulate the post responsibility system; responsible for the planning, implementation and inspection of the project technical work.3. Organize technical personnel to study and implement technical standards, specifications, procedures and regulations; fully familiar with contract terms, technical specifications and design drawings, and implement technical regulations and quality requirements.4. Organize the preparation of the overall project start-up report, review the major construction technical scheme, review the start-up report, and check the implementation.5. Preside over the technical meeting and quality meeting, discuss and deal with the technical problems existing in the construction process. Timely solve the technical problems in the construction and deal with the quality hidden danger. Organize regular quality inspection, deal with quality accidents and exercise veto power on quality.6. Responsible for information communication with the owner, supervisor or other relevant parties; responsible for professional technical business training and technical exchange; responsible for promoting new technologies, new materials and new processes.7. Responsible for the review of project measurement, design change, claim and other technical documents; responsible for the issuance of technical documents.8. Participate in the management review of each stage of the project management department and the project handover and acceptance work. 9.Responsible for reviewing project cost assessment, project contract approval and labor subcontract unit price review, various project settlement and performance evaluation of relevant technical personnel.

Familiar with the construction drawings, master the basic contents of construction specifications, standards and atlas, and strictly implement the rules and regulations and process documents of the company and the Project Department.2. Participate in the preparation of construction organization design, special construction scheme and technical measures, and supervise the implementation.3. Responsible for the technical disclosure of sub division and sub item to the labor sub-contractor; inspect and urge the construction team to carry out the construction according to the technical disclosure requirements at all levels.4. Participate in the drawing joint review, collect and summarize the drawing review opinions and sort out the drawing joint review records.5. Send, receive and register the construction drawings, design changes and other technical documents.6. Participate in the measurement, positioning, setting out, measurement technology review, acceptance and other work of the project, fill in the relevant technical forms timely and accurately, and make relevant records.7. Deal with general technical problems in construction, review and deal with the drawings and technical problems raised by the labor service company, and communicate with the superior technical competent department to solve them. Responsible for formulating rectification measures for quality problems.8. Participate in part of technical negotiation and management of Design Institute, Engineering Department and Supervision under the authorization of project technical director. Draft the technical approval, design change, technical visa, etc. to be submitted to the above units.
