Oversee Valeo China Management School. Including localization of cooperate learning modules, development and optimization of learning module with functional network/vendor, session managment(needs consolidation, session scheduling, cost repartition etc..)Design of new learning modules/path. Perform multi-level interview, needs analysis, content development (with internal/expernal stakeholders), and manage deployment across all China sites.Mobilize China learning network (30 sites）. Supervise training concerned process inclu. annual training survey, needs consolidation etc.. Tracking of training KPI, lead training workshop and enable best practices sharing within the network. Operate Wechat offcial account (Valeo China Talents) with release frequency of twice a month. Managing topic selection, content development and supervise art design. (all in house)Design and organize country level employee communication event (CSR included): Charity event, foundraising, frontline operator headquarters visit, football&basketball tournament and other emplyee engagement actions. Serve as key driver of internal employer branding.Axe leader of involvement of personnel, one of the axe of Valeo 5 axes system (a methedology to acheieve operational excellence). Prepare sites for official audit, give advise and support. Mobilize internal best practices sharing, and lead workshops.
