• Co-developed a large Java API backend for company's primary customer portal website. • Used SmartClient as UI, Java API as backend, developed a calendar for the portal website with a generic backend that supports all event repeating pattern (RRULEs) conforming to RFC 5525, and also allows mobile and mail client sync using iCal protocol (Linux, Nginx, PHP, MySQL, CalDav, ActiveSync, Java, SmartClient). • Involved in complex migration projects and made significant performance improvement within deadline. • Developed a Large File Send® application that allows authenticated users to transfer files (up to 2 GB) using time-bounded links.

• Founded an outsourcing development company in China for a US-based company (Trainor Associates). Within a year, it expanded and became profitable. • Coached the team to pitch and deliver freelancing projects online. Maintained >10 concurrent projects daily.
