Provide semiconductor test hardware solutions of next generation semiconductor devices (AP, PMIC, RF) for global customers. Mainly responsible for ATE Loadboard design and board level Signal Integrity / Power Integrity simulation.1. Signal Integrity Simulation:- High-speed key signals (PCIE, DDR, RF) simulation. Analysis on completed signal path from Package, Socket and PCB. SI tuning (TDR, Eye Diagram and Crosstalk) and provide optimization method on layout, padstack, stackups and impedance matching.2. Power Integrity Simulation:- Power rails simulation and extraction of PDN and IR Drop. Specification matching with customers' request and provide optimization solution on aspect of padstack, stackups and capacitors value selection and placement.- High current power analysis on the current density, evaluate the capability og current flow of design. 3. PCB Simulation Automation Tool- The project is an internal tool development for efficiency improvement of PCB simulation project. Responsible for blueprint design and development, testing, documentation of the tool. The tool automize the setup and model generation of PCB simulation and generation of report, developed under Python and using the API of ANSYS 3D Layout.- Result: Improve the overall simulation process efficiency by 100%4. ATE load-board PCB designs. Undertaking the whole project from schematic design, stackup design, PCB drawing, QC verification to final delivery to the customer. 3 NPI projects were completed without design quality issue.
