Partake in managing Vault/Till cash balance to certify the accurate cash balancing and cash limit for operation to support branches as well as self-banking facilities (ATM, CIM, CRM, CQM, etc.) during special shift and public holidays;• Supervise CIT from/to ABA branches/local banks/self-banking sites in Phnom Penh to ensure timely and accurate cash delivery/pick-up adhering to request from branches and acceptance from concerned Department;• Partake in cash management for associated proceedings to ensure the accuracy cash balancing regarding:➢ CIT from/to branches,➢ Cash replenishment/cash collection/cash Remaining,➢ Main-Vault/Mini-Vault cash transfer,➢ Till Balance of Users under own authority;• Ensure correct ending cash balancing of Vault/Till under own supervision to smoothly and properly close the operations;• Prepare daily reports with supporting documents and keep concerned management informed as assigned channels;• Authorize transaction in system to ensure correct cash balance and full compliance to the internal policy;• Manage cash loading and cash/checks collection with self-banking facilities in Phnom Penh to maintain smooth and timely operations to customers for special shift and public holidays;• Review and report the operation status of self-banking facilities to ensure that all those facilities are equipped with a dynamic service related to cash replenishment or cash/checks collection during special shift and public holidays;• Keep track of daily report and escalate critical issues to management for a timely and proper solution;
