TDL is an international business law firm with offices in Orange County, CA and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At TDL I managed the firm’s entertainment & media practice. Among my responsibilities included leading negotiations and providing strategic support for media transactions, identifying growth areas to secure new business opportunities, and leveraging our firm's resources to facilitate international media productions.

I performed strategic planning and deployment of a high-profile enterprise policy on diversity. I represented the company externally while partnering with groups to build social, community, and corporate awareness and support. As an internal subject matter expert, I advised and garnered buy-in from stakeholders, while working cross-functionally to establish best practices for policy implementation across all business units. I also monitored performance and synthesized critical performance metrics for internal and external reporting and to drive management decisions.

I worked cross-functionally between Procurement, IT, and Legal while simultaneously securing end-user buy-in to manage implementation of an enterprise legal contract management application. I managed day-to-day tactical operations and developed concurrent strategies to ensure budget compliance, deliverables execution, and adherence to project timelines. I also monitored system testing and analyzed findings for executive management.

Provided second and third tier review of electronic discovery pursuant to a complex litigation.

Drafted and reviewed production contracts for major network television, cable, and online unscripted programming.
