Managing a team of 10 PCB engineers

Creation PCB layout for server and storage hardware. PCBs features: up to 24 layers, high speed, via-in-pad, back drilling, high current.Interfaces: PCI express Gen3/ Gen4, SAS-3, USB 2.0/ 3.0, Ethernet.

• Developed PTH PCBs for set-top boxes and evaluation boards for custom STB processors. Some boards contained RF parts (antennas, filters). Interfaces: DDR3, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Ethernet.• Created PTH/HDI PCBs for solid state storage drivers. Interfaces: DDR3, SATA 3, NV-DDR2 (Synchronous NAND). Designed disk enclosure.• Developed PCBs in FPGA based projects. Also was responsible for mechanical design.

• Compiling of texts intended both for customer and for specialists participating in the exchange of information at different stages of product development. • Preparing illustrations and drawings. • Text markup. • Formatting documents, creating and using style templates. • Publication in the proper format files. • Interaction with the development team to obtain the necessary information.

• Graduated from the BGA assembly production training course at Nanium S.A., Portugal. • Started-up and adjustment of the assembly line process step within a team of 3 members, further provided mass production. • Completed ESD coordinator course. • Material handling. • Development of routine process documentation. • Assistance in implementation of quality tools in the production line.
